UEMS Congress: Preliminary programme, Leuven, 27-30 May 2026
UEMS - EACCME

We are pleased to inform you that the preliminary programme for the UEMS Congress 2026 is now available.

🗓 Dates: 27–30 May 2026

📍 Location: UZ Leuven, Campus Gasthuisberg, Leuven (Belgium)

🌐 Register now: www.uemscongress.eu

Congress highlights include:

  • Five plenary sessions focusing on European health, artificial intelligence and medical education, workforce planning, and healthcare systems in crisis;
  • Parallel scientific and thematic sessions covering topics such as AI & ethics, global collaboration, sustainable practice, mental health, accreditation, and more;
  • A Mentorship Initiative, offering one-to-one exchanges between colleagues from across Europe.

As you have already received the original invitations for the Mentorship Initiative and the Call for Abstracts, we warmly encourage you to consider participating if you have not yet done so. Your contribution—whether as a mentor, mentee, or abstract author—will enrich the Congress and strengthen the exchange of knowledge within Europe’s medical community.

The preliminary programme, including an overview of sessions and timings, is now available on the Congress website and will be further refined in the coming weeks.

If you have any questions or require assistance with registration, please contact our Professional Congress Organiser, Nicole Elzebroek, at meetings@adevez.com.

We look forward to welcoming you to Leuven for an inspiring and engaging UEMS Congress.
